"I have always had a strong desire to help others live healthy, pain-free lives. I have pursued that desire throughout my life. Healing means 'to make whole'. I have learned through experience that the mind, body, and spirit work together in the healing process in the most amazing way. My background has informed my understanding of the physical body, enabling me to tailor my physical therapy and yoga instruction to address specific physical needs."
